Catherine and Rushton were introduced to each other by Lori Moody. Lori worked with Catherine’s mother, Cecelia, and Lori’s daughter Logan was best friends with Rushton. Lori had been saying for years that Catherine and Rushton would be perfect for each other and once Catherine moved to Greenville for work, Lori insisted that they meet.
